Press your fingertips and palms together in a prayer position and at the same time press your elbows out. Hold the stretch.

I am glad it's helping. You can also try some ice for 10-15 minutes.

Great thank you very much!! Simple strectching caused some pain at the beginning, but after some repetitions it feels quite better.

Thanks, actually I use the wireless @ home. And thinking about it. That never happened while I was using the wired one. However now the pain has moved to the other hand also.

actually the obvious answer is - WORK LESS!! everything done 20 hours a day will cause any kind of syndrome.

Use a Pen tablet.. it will help for sure by changing the way you work.

I've been using a wacom for about 3 years, and decided to go back to a mouse since I got the mighty mouse. I type too much, and dealing with the pen is somehow uncomfortable. Scroll wheel is really faster than scrolling with a pen and I found out I can work faster with a mouse and heavy keyboard use. If you are a designer, the pen could work. If you are a developer it will not.

if you think you can't handle a pen to interact with a computer, at first you may be right, but thereafter once your brain gets used to using a pen with a computer, you won;t turn back, and your old mouse will seem like a dinosaur

Tubi-grip, a sort of elasticated bandage, with hole for thumb, gives some support

Er, only on my knee, which you'll be pleased to hear, I didn't control a mouse with - but friend's wife suffers badly from rsi and rates them, in the short term

I was looking at it, but using a mouse or computer with that on could me somehow uncomfortable. Have you used it before?
